Position Overview 

As Mahaana's Corporate Training Specialist and Financial Educator, you will drive trust and lead generation through financial literacy education. You'll deliver engaging workshops to corporate employees, create curriculum for Mahaana Money School, and support the CEO's thought leadership initiatives while making complex financial concepts accessible to all audiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver corporate financial literacy workshops (generate VPS leads for BD team) 
  • Design and teach 'Mahaana Money School' curriculum (online courses and webinars) 
  • Support Shamoon's speaking engagements (research, slide preparation, briefings) 
  • Develop certification programs for financial advisors and partners 
  • Create educational content library (workbooks, guides, calculators, infographics) 
  • Host monthly webinars on investment topics for existing and prospective customers 
  • Train customer support team on product knowledge and educational messaging 
  • Measure training effectiveness through surveys and post-training conversion rates 
  • Build relationships with universities for guest lectures and student programs 
  • Collaborate with product marketing on educational content strategy 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of training, teaching, or workshop facilitation experience 
  • Deep knowledge of personal finance, investing, and retirement planning 
  • Exceptional presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences 
  • Curriculum design and instructional design expertise 
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for beginners 
  • Strong facilitation skills for interactive workshops (not lecture-style) 
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and entry-level employees equally 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in banking training departments or financial advisory 
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar credentials 
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools 
  • Understanding of Pakistani tax system and retirement planning regulations 
  • Track record of high participant satisfaction scores (4.5+ out of 5)

Training Delivery Metrics 

  • Workshops delivered: 12+ corporate workshops per quarter 
  • Webinars hosted: 1 per month (12 annually) with 100+ average attendance 
  • Participants trained: 2,000+ employees trained annually 
  • Speaking support: Prepare Shamoon for 15-20 speaking engagements per year 

Quality & Impact Metrics 

  • Participant satisfaction: 4.5+ out of 5 average rating 
  • Knowledge gain: 70%+ improvement in post-training assessments 
  • Workshop-to-signup conversion: 15%+ of corporate workshop attendees sign up 
  • Content effectiveness: Educational content drives 30% of organic signups 

Content Creation Metrics 

  • Curriculum developed: Complete 10-module Mahaana Money School by Q3 
  • Educational assets: Create 50+ guides, calculators, and workbooks annually 
  • Video content: Support 20+ educational video scripts per quarter 
  • Certification program: Launch advisor certification with 50+ certified partners by year-end 

90-Day Success Milestones 

  • Month 1: Develop 3 core workshop modules, deliver first 2 corporate trainings 
  • Month 2: Host first monthly webinar (100+ attendees), create 10 educational guides 
  • Month 3: Launch Mahaana Money School (first 3 modules), achieve 4.5+ satisfaction rating
