We’re looking to hire an Associate Product Manager (APM) who will be involved in and support the product discovery and delivery lifecycles. This is a position where you’ll get guidance from your colleagues but you’ll also be expected to independently drive solutions and validate them.

- Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and participate in it for user story creation and validating deliveries
- Explore solutions to customer problems with cross functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) and evaluate usefulness, usability, feasibility and viability of said solutions
- Coordinate with the designer to finalize a design with stakeholder buy in
- Handover tickets to the dev team and ensure that correct outcome
- Validate the development output and ensure that the release is ready for live deployment
- Participate in product discovery and user research to understand customer pain points
- Have a good understanding of the investment landscape in Pakistan
- Create PRDs, user stories, process flows that communicate ideas and specifications in the simplest and most understandable way
- Develop deep industry knowledge and use it to inform solutions. Be able to clearly explain this knowledge to other teams.
- Use data / analytics to explore user behavior and track KPIs
- A love for creating great products
- Be insanely organized with information and follow ups
- A strong initiative of your work and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, especially written communication
- You won’t be expected to know how to code, but you must have a good understanding of software: SDLC, APIs, programming languages, databases, etc.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Figma and FigJam
